With over 18 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Aubrey Novy is a seasoned esthetician known for her passion, expertise, and commitment to helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin. Aubrey’s career has spanned a wide range of services, from Hydrafacial treatments to advanced laser hair removal and electrolysis, making her a trusted expert in both medical aesthetics and everyday skincare needs.

Having provided Hydrafacial services for over a decade, Aubrey understands the importance of combining cutting-edge treatments with a personalized approach to address each client’s unique skin concerns. Her journey of continuous education and self-improvement led her to become a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist and a Skin Better Science Master in 2024, underscoring her commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving skincare landscape.

How Glow and Grace Aesthetics Started

Glow and Grace Aesthetics was born from a passion for elevating skincare to a transformative experience. After years of refining my expertise as an aesthetician, I realized the profound impact that personalized skincare could have on people’s lives.
